About Us
Gary
Gary has been sweeping chimneys since 1995 after learning from the business founder, Jack Taupin.
Gary is a Yorkshire man, born and bred in South Yorkshire. His career started in the steel industry with British Steel where he worked within the engineering team, maintaining, refurbishing and replacing furnaces. Gary moved on to work full time within the Fire Service in both South Yorkshire and Kent where he spent 25 years. The latter part of his career was deeply involved with Fire Safety and Training.
Chimney sweeping and stove installation has always worked well alongside the work within the Fire Brigade, and after retiring from the Fire Brigade, chimney sweeping is his full time job.
Sam
Sam has an Engineering background after serving an apprenticeship in the motor trade working with Prestige brands, focussing on quality and customer service.
After over a decade working on cars, Sam moved onto heavy engineering with a successful and ongoing career working with rolling stock within the Rail Industry.
Sam works alongside his Dad installing multi-fuel stoves, liners and sweeping chimneys for the family business.
